What incident are we talking about, now? The only missile defense shield thing I can remember is the most recent one, which was Poland and Czech.

I was actually thinking of comic canon for that one, when Lithuania goes to outsource with America for a while. I admit I'm not terribly familiar with the US's antics in Eastern Europe - although if I'm remembering correctly, the Eastern Bloc did kind of jump ship for NATO as fast as was remotely possible. lol

And yes, I do RP Elizabeth I. Shhhhh.

Ah--Lithuania's outsourcing was set before/during the time of the Great Depression. We're quite a ways past that now. =D

Definitely, when we get to the fall of communism, we'll deal quite a lot with how the former Soviet and Soviet satellite nations affected Russia and America's relationship.
