Updates come every 4-7 days! This was actually on the verge of being late, for us. XD

Prussia was totally standing somewhere behind all those tanks, leaning against a concrete roadblock and chain-smoking and thinking, "Fuckin' great."

That would be funny.....seeing the whole situation described by Prussia's POV again X'D.

(but damn that must have been a nightmare for the tank soldiers 8l).

I think all of TCE should be narrated by Prussia, really, even though it'd be, uh...a very different sort of fic? XD

i don't care

Man I think all of their gunkink has been consensual, but Quid Pro Quo definitely started off pretty dubconny, for all that America totally didn't mind by the time it was over.

Anyway, don't worry, there will always be more gun kink. That's a promise. XD

The fact that I find a confession done in the middle of a standoff cute probably says something horrible about me.

To me it says that you have the right mindset to be a Russia/America shipper. XD

God, the Berlin Crisis does sound completely petrifying. I mean, can you imagine just being one of the soldiers in those tanks? They were stuck there for about 12 hours before a resolution was reached! That whole time, sweating bullets, hot and cramped and miserable, jumping at every little noise--because as soon as somebody fires, not only are you going to die, but that's gonna be it; you're going to have started World War 3.

This really doesn't seem like something that would have required tanks.

How much of the Cold War was "required?"

and yet, I keep forgetting why they were even fighting in the first place. *sigh*

That's really the thing, isn't it. I mean, they're standing there, guns drawn, ready to start the war, and they're just like...this is such a small thing. This isn't worth the war. But we have to go through all this anyway and Jesus, one of these days we might just cough and blow up half the planet, and what are we supposed to do with that?

Whoa, intense. Hell the whole damn Cold War was friggin' intense.

But, something did change in Russia didn't it? The atmosphere was strange towards the end. I'm pretty much with America on - OH. OHH. I guess Russia understand something different when America said his arm was tired. So, the "I imagine I'll see you soon" was.. "I'll see you soon but in Cuba." Right? Probably not but I'm just trying to understand the whole "missing something"... Hmm.

Anyway, amazing writing yet again. And you girls have pretty much made my night. :)

I guess Russia understand something different when America said his arm was tired.

Very nice catch. That's going to be important over the next couple chapters (as in: Cuba). So, no spoilers, but--yeah, Russia had a very different reaction to that than America intended.

So glad you enjoyed it, thank you for reading! =D

YES! I knew it had something to do with that because I think Russia thought America was being inconsiderate or something. I don't know. It seems to me like he was really upset by something. I mean, here he is trying to uphold his beliefs or something, pointing a gun at the person he loves, only this close to almost killing each other, and killing everyone else for that matter, and America just says his arm is tired. I'm probably not making sense or I'm thinking way too much into this but its nagging me and gah, I'm sorry. I'm sorry!!!

Ohh definitely no spoilers! The anticipation and the wait are half the fun! I don't think I'll ever get tired of thanking you for writing this, so thanks. XD

Wait, does this count as a spoiler? Ohh gosh. I hope not.

Hahaha, it'd only be a spoiler if we told you if you were right or wrong! XD
