This was just painful, positively heart-wrenching and painful to read. Oh, those two and their tensions and their invisible walls and just, geez, I don't even know. Either way, I'm in awe of it. You guys are masters at setting the atmosphere.

New imaginary slogan: "TCE - getting good practice ripping out human hearts since March 2009."

Be careful not to attract any back-alley organ dealers with that one.

ENGLAND SUDDENLY LOOKING A LOT MORE LIKELY TO COME OUT ON TOP, THANKS TO A TIMELY NAUTICALLY-THEMED METAPHOR!

Come out on top metaphorically, I mean, not...

...Well, actually, you know. Nevermind. Both.

Oh gosh, thank you, we're so glad you think we're doing this relationship justice. The boys can be so overdramatic sometimes, but we try not to be. =D

(And please don't worry, your English is excellent! I never would've known you weren't a native speaker if you hadn't said something. =D)

D= about sums me up right now. This hurt.

Why did they go to Paris? That seems like the worst decision ever. Why not go somewhere where France and Russia haven't kissed?

We assumed that they were already in Paris, like for a conference or something, and then America was all "oh hey we should talk about the whole...you know...the whole bomb thing, once we get out of our meetings..."

Also, we are sadists. >_>

(Also, given all their history together, I think the list of places where France and Russia have not kissed is not an especially robust one.)

Ohh! I thought it was more of a "Russia, things are happening, we should probably talk, where can I meet you?" kind of thing. But I guess America isn't ready yet to be that casual towards Russia. And Russia inviting America over to Paris would just be downright cruel.
