“Let’s go together someday, okay?” America bubbled.

Oh America, you have no idea~

Does this mean we get to see some space collaboration from the two in the future? :3

Oh God we want to so so much and there's multiple historical episodes after this where America and Russia cooperate ~*~IN SPACE~*~ but we don't know if we're going to have time to cover them! D= We have one chapter of that marked down as a 'maybe.' We'll see how things are going when we get up to that bit.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! I can just feeeeeel America's happiness in this chapter, similar to the way I felt America's despair with Sputnik... I mean, I mean, oh America honey... I am just so happy for you... -sighs- Seriously, the way you wrote him, it's just so alive (aaah, not exactly the word I was looking for)

But lol, what was that with Russia? I knew it wasn't like an insult or anything, just America being well, him... but it seemed like a backwrd compliment to me, no matter how unintentional....

Excuse me while I squeal!

Ah, no, I totally know what you mean! =D He's so buoyant and happy and vital when he gets all "SKY! =DDD"

But lol, what was that with Russia? I knew it wasn't like an insult or anything, just America being well, him... but it seemed like a backwrd compliment to me, no matter how unintentional....

Oh, I don't think so? I think he was really touched by America's gratitude and happiness and desire to totally leave Cold War politics out of it. It's just...Russia, so he doesn't actually express feelings like that.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I got excited when I saw there was a new chapter. I got more excited when I saw what it was about.

We aren't certain yet! But it is tentatively penciled in. We'll see what happens when we get up to that point! =D

Oh those flashbacks were just so amazing and I love how you ended it with 'one small step'. Your title is just plain gorgeous and gah basically the whole thing was amazing. I love your France and England and gah, i'm running off three hours of sleep i'm barely coherent. Just gotta say YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME I LOVE YOU.

Flashbacks are every win! My personal favorite (one of my favorite scenes from all of TCE, actually) is the first bit, with America just being "born", and knowing that everything around is him.

And the title is actually a quote from The Little Prince: ""A sky as pure as water bathed the stars and brought them out."
