I think it was way better than CtC so I can live with it.
I could even laugh sometimes! And he looks so much better then the leading figure.
But now let's go on to another movie...

What you say here definitely deserves a poll of its own: Slap Shot 2 versus Code Name: the Cleaner

he looks so much better then the leading figureArggh - sorry, I meant: absolutely. Baldwin was the worst thing to endure for a rewatch: I had low expectations and they didn't deceive!

i salute you for this! (also, omg BAD!)

When working in Los Angeles, he also plays pickup games with other actors from Toronto and Vancouver. "As soon as I started spending time in L.A., I needed a lot of distraction," said Rennie. "When I'm down south, I just feel like I'm in a foreign country, and I'm away from friends and people who keep me connected and interested in what I do."

awww. ♥

p.s. the poll hates me too! can't vote :(

Yes, there are wounds that can never be erased!

IMO it shares 1st rank with This channel must be stopped. It must be destroyed, erased from existence and the drawings which go with it.

ANYway, maybe you should edit them out of this post, with a link to the next one? Good idea, bad idea? Your decision, of course.

i suspect they were saved as "private" - so you with posting access, and c. as maintainer, would be able to take them but no-one else.

Does he die?

Perhaps the answer should be: "Possibly of embarrassment" ;-)

because of production delays in Men With Brooms, he was unable to be in Paul Gross' movie. Paul Gross wanted him to play Peter Outerbridge's character, Lennox

This breaks my heart every time I think about it! I mean, I already slash Cutter/Lennox, and I think Peter Outerbridge did a fine job. But OMG, if it had been PG/CKR? I'd have written 50 Cutter/Lennox stories already! And that was lost because he was shooting SS2? *cries*

I know what you mean.

I'm definitely putting that as my answer.

"Possibly of embarrassment"
In fact, that was my first shot. Then I thought we'd die of embarrassment for him - guess he assumes it without a wink.

I'd have written 50 Cutter/Lennox stories already!
With a little imagination? Maybe not 50, but say 2 or 3?

I've written one, but I have their whole backstory in my head, so ...

Maybe we should have a the_pg_files comm, too. :-)

Awesome post! I salute you for taking the Palmberg challenge. Hee!

This film really hits my "WHY CALLUM, WHYYYYYYYYY" button. I guess he had to eat and pay bills and stuff but still... *despairs*

Going to do the polls now. :)

"WHY CALLUM, WHYYYYYYYYY"
Refers to article mentioning a clearly pleased Rennie - but that was at the start of the shooting. Still.
