Our refrigerator that was as old as I am finally died the week before Christmas. This sucked and put the kibosh on some holiday plans, but it could have been worse, because at least this time of year all you have to do to refrigerate something is throw it out in the snow. Note: I have been making my own hummus lately since a) I love hummus, and b) it is cheap, easy, quick, and requires no actual cooking (just some opening and pushing buttons.)
