Just joined. I'm in. I've been wanting to do more writing, but I haven't been motivated. Hopefully this will give me the nudge I need.

I'm so glad you joined. I hope we do give you the nudge you need! I've been told there is no such thing as writer's block... if you wanna write, then write. I don't know if I believe that. And, yeah, I have no point.

Welcome to The Dead Muse!

Count me in, I need something to kick start me again.

Saw the comm appear in a search for Writing Prompts via the LJ search engine. :o) Am also part of all_unwritten too.

Nice. I am so happy that people are finding us other than by my advertising! That bodes well for The Dead Muse.

Thanks for joining!

Can I play? :) I'm not a writer, I'd just like to be more creative and I'm looking for things, like this comm, to help me in that. I wouldn't say I have any particular talent in writing or anything, can I still have a go?

Is there a word limit to the stories? (sorry if I should already know this).

Great community idea, by the way!

apparently Livejournal didn't like me responding to you, so i'm going to try this again and hopefully this will go through.

It's not so much a game but anyone is welcome to try! To be a writer it doesn't mean that you have to say "oh i've written this and that" all of us decided one day to sit down and just start rambling words together and pray that they turn out decent :P so of course feel free to join!

And thank you for the compliment. Surria started it, I stole it and attempted to do something with it, then she stole it back and basically 'pimped my idea' haha.

There is no word limit to the submissions, like it says in the rules we ARE looking for more than simple one-two liners but it doesnt matter if they're written nicely :D

so all in all, no limit.
