This movie kinda kicked ass.  It was fun, funny, exciting, and really all-around exactly what I wanted it to be.  Even without a lame ending like Life Aquatic.  As for the short at the beginning, well played, Mr. Anderson.  I highly recommend this movie for anyone who enjoys offbeat dramedy ( Read more... )

So far, I seem to understand quantum mechanics.

I find this creepy.

I also find it creepy that quantum mechanics lets particles essentially move from one room to the next without being in the doorway.  That's just fucked up.

Across The Universe is as awesome as it looks, as long as you can forgive the 2 rather irrelevant songs (I Am The Walrus and Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite).  And these are good songs, so I'm glad they're in there.  I think I'm too tired to give a review more detailed than "it was really good".

(I finally beat those $%#@& sphinxes on Baten Kaitos, however this could also apply to me talking smack to a d10 and some paper now that I've found an interesting for of Magic: the Gathering solitaire, or really late thoughts on the corn maze I spent an hour in last sat.)

i really feel like posting, but i've been doing little other than reading the dark tower series.

uhh.... simpson's movie was really good.  very funny.

I just found out that I am a Dave.

I've been regretting some of the changes I made to my "Falcon Panch" deck (U/W), mostly taking out some of the really annoying cards in favor of win conditions.  I actually put together "Blofeld's Revenge", the most idiotic combo ever.  And I enjoyed it.
