So today I had to go to both a "woman" doctor appointment and the Dentists to have some cavities filled.

awww...poor Karen. too many doctors in one day. and a mean family.

Last time they numbed (<~is that a word?) my mouth (which wasn't nearly that bad as your experience) I kept chewing on my lip because it felt like something completely detached from my body. Well, then the numb went away and not only was my mouth achey but my lip was really really sore. ^^;;

Yeah, man. They made so much fun of me. Even my dad when he got back. I could see them looking at me from the corner of my eye while we were watching TV. My face looked so weird. I almost wish I let my dad take his "picture for postarity" so I could show everyone. But then again I have the feeling that picture would pop up somewhere unexpected in the future...so maybe its better it doesn't exsist. In a way it was fun because it was numb, but it was an experience that lasted way too long for my taste.

Worse much worse. But you do have the slack-jawed thing going on. Only the right side of my face was fine. That's what made it worse.
