Work is dramatic. Two people have quit in one week. Another is on the way out. We've finally been asked for feedback and how we are doing and what we have problems with... and, even better and more surprising, asked in a context where we feel comfortable being honest about it all ( Read more... )

I'm not sure what the future holds for me. It scares me to think that, if I end up with him, I'll end up back in the US. I don't hate it there, or really dislike it, and it's the closest thing I have to home. It's where I grew up and where my friends and memories, heartaches and greatest moments reside. But... Here...
