so yesterday i eat all the pies! 2200 cals and this morning id still lost a bit of weight! i'm now in the 9.2s which is a bit of a faster drop than i would like so ill eat all the pies again today in an attempt to level it out a bit

i have mostly been not eating all the pies recently but i think the 19 mile walk on Saturday, running 5km Tuesday/Wednesday, swimming for an hour Tuesday and doing 30 mins on the wii fit every day has left me at a bit of a low! I'm going to the gym tonight and will run again tomorrow so its been a good week for exercise, i just forget how many cals all that exercise burns off.
My weight has mostly stayed the same till this week, i guess ive just gone a bit nuts
