If you have the transcript and recommendations in a sealed envelope, go ahead and send that. The evaluation forms aren't that big of a deal, and you can always send them later. If you have something in by Jan. 1 you should be okay.

Oh and P.S. of course there's a famous Horowitz - there's a famous LAURA Horowitz, it's Winona Rider's real name (Winona Laura Horowitz)

and about teh college thing, don't stress out too much. I accidentally didn't turn in my SAT scores to Cornell and they even sent an email giving me like a week to turn them in..it was stressful..but hey, i got in!
