Is there anything we can do, other than pushing congress to write these laws that we thought already existed?

When I read the antitrust thing, I kept thinking to myself: this can't be true. There must be some detail about this decision that's not being covered. Is there one or are we truly doomed?

As per AA: I disagree with the decision on moral grounds, but on constitutional grounds I see their point. So while it makes me sad and worried, I'm not quite pissed off as I have been with the other decisions (campaign finance, et al.).
