Im in Iraq! This place isnt so bad. People make it out to be hell. Its not true. Its a satisfying experience. When you have kids running up to you everyday saying thank you and go america, you know you are doing something right. Granted we "make waste" in trash bags and shower maybe once every 2 weeks.
