At first it used to bother me the whole changing of characters on the more recent seasons of Degrassi, but in recent episodes, I'm happy to say that I'm starting to warm up to them..the characters are growing on me and I'm starting to really like the new season... and also, the theme song they have now is the best version they've made yet! a ( Read more... )

yes! it was a little awkward at first to have all these new people taking over degrassi, but they have definitely grown on me.

and i like the new theme song, too. but i believe theyre changing it again next season? stephen stohn said something on twitter about going with a male vocalist...

I hate the new characters...they're trying to recycle all the old plots with the new characters and making it like the original characters but it's NOT the same. it's an entirely different cast.

Mia's leavng Degrassi? Is it because the actress is doing that new vampire show on the CW? I really liked her daughter Isabella, she was so darn cute!

Well, at least in the show she's not leaving but in real life she probably will have to go due to The vampire Diaries.I jsut bought the book yesterday at Border's so lets see if its any good. I actually like the new characters. It gives Degrassi more optinos for episodes, more drama, and its nice to see new faces... and what do you care if they recycle ideas? as long and you emjoy the episode, does it really matter?

and yes, I'd lvoe for them to bring a male vocalist, it would be soo different!
