Another freaking shitty day at work. last week they are all "stay. Your great! We want you!" Now this week all we are being told is how bad we suck cause we are getting beat by the competition. HMMMMM. I also was told today thast the other offer is still open. How do you know hwat the right choice is? If I leave I'm bruning a 3-year old bridge but

is there any way you can go visit the new facility to get a feel for it? if you can, try to go without the "boss" for at least a little bit, that way the other employees won't be intimidated, and you'll be able to get a better feel for the atmosphere.

if you can't do that, then you need to do some thinking. how happy are you in your job now? how miserable? write down the pros and cons to each, and then choose. remember that you can always make a new place what you want it to be... at least at first. if you go into with a good outlook, most likely it will turn out to be a good thing. starting over isn't always a bad choice at all. good luck!

Can't go visit unfortunately. In the collecitons world the second you step foot in another agency people start calling aournd and everyone knows and I;d get fired. I went thru the Pros and Cons last week once and came out on this side of the fence but nwo shit is changing and it's a different environment even only a week later. So I have to do it all over again.

my mother always tells me to stick with things.
but ive found relationships to be very different from jobs.
if a job sucks, get out now, cause if you stay you might find yourself to be guilty later about hating it so much which causes you to stay even longer.
