my leg is twitchin

i cant breathe, my throat hurts like hell, and im so f*cking sleepy. the dayquil is nasty and it doesnt work. its making me even sleepier. ive been sleeping on and off today and so far, i think ive only been awake for a total of 3 hrs. and i wanna go back to bed right now. ::sigh:: what to do, what to do.
