I am back online after a week of problems with my cable modem b/c of all the snow. I think that God made it snow just to keep me offline (and to make me hear my sister bitch and moan about it all week). Grrr.

I was so sick the past 2 weeks. Took some time off from work, and even when I went back I was pretty much sleeping at my desk. Finally got my voice back, and I can look at the screen w/o getting a headache. Yay! For those who I haven't contacted over the holidays that I should have *cough*natalie*cough* I am sorry and happy holidays to you.

I have managed to continue my *favorite* holiday tradition: Getting sick less that a week from Christmas. I actually took off from work on Monday I was so sick, and I never take off from work. Spent half the day yesterday cleaning my yard. I have almost an acre of property and there were like a million leaves in the yard. 4+ hrs with the blower has totally killed my back and shoulders. Imagine strapping an engine to your back. Now imagine wading through bushes and leaning to get the end around tight corners. Now you have some idea ( Read more... )
