This has to be one of the most confusing periods in my life so far. But at the same time I feel like I know what needs to be done to get back to a healthy balance. Easier thought of than done.

Also, I want to travel a lot. Maybe move away and start fresh.

that's right muh-fugs, it's my birthday. the big 20. i must say im already feelin' like bein a new me, this will be my fresh start. just another chapter ya know?

Surrounded by bad news. Nothing seems very uplifting these days. Give me a fresh start.

Except going to the Pistons game tonight. Third one this year, always a good time.

today is the single saddest day of my life.
i'm not the same without you, Kodi.

...The Flower rocked the hayloft in mt. clemens with portugal the man.
...and Lavelle gave me free tickets to see Wu Tang with special guests Nas, MF Doom, Talib Kweli, and Immortal Technique.

and a fat bowl of northern darks gave me the motivation to record it.

- yesterday a grizzly old black man dressed in military camouflage(must've been a war veteran of some sort) came into record time looking for some Roy Hargrove on CD.
