Exactly, they are just thinking they have to find 3 people by sunday which isn't the case. They are dumb as shit. It pissses me off that I was betrayed already and now this. you know why would I wanna go to the beach?

YES!!!! And we are too, we know kids that Kyle stabbed with a ring thing and are still pissed plus the same with the band, I know anyone that runs venues, I can make it so they never play again. So I can blackmail, plus once me and Kage and our Lawyer get involved... wow they are in some shit.

while I dont want it to come down to that type of stuff...it would be cool to have an enemy. it would spice my fucking summer up for sure.

honestly, I dont want it to go that far though. I want to get my money back and just forget all this. but if it comes down to it, I will sick my fucking lawyer on their asses sooooo fast it will make their fucking greedy heads spin.

on top of that, for putting us through this shit, they will deserve punishment that the court cant administer. thats where you and kages venue connections come in. thats where my ability to totally pull awesome pranks when im pissed comes in. we could totally make their life hell.

dude, how tight would that shit be? But yeah, I don't think lawyers will get involved. I was talking to Charlie and he said all we have to do is ask and show we aren't scared, and if that doesn't work then get our parents involved and say that they are thinking about taking it to small claims and they will get scared.
