Well at 4 and a half months Alice has doen something truely amazing...she slept for 8 hours she laid down around 8 and got up around 4 and boy was i happy with myself for following her lead...so true im on an out sleep schedule BUT i got 8 solid hours...this is bliss

Fell the burn baby! Yesterday i started doing yoga again and today i jumped head long into a pilates fat burning vid! Whew that kicked my ever loving ass and after i had to take a ten min walk WHEW...im exhausted! But in that good way ::whew::

Well yesterday i went to a beautiful wedding down at Fort Desoto Beach. The weather was simply amazing and the bride was to die for. I was so happy for Lindsey, ive known her since the day she was born and it was a little strange to be at her wedding, shes all grown up and so happy.
