It has been a new year for almost two weeks and I am still actually having a happy new year.  It feels so good, yet so unfamiliar to have been this happy for this long, but I'm not complaining.  Break was just that, a break.  I was able to sleep when I wanted, wake up when I wanted, read what I wanted, and selfishly do whatever I wanted.  I did not

Sounds like a real change from the RCHS science staff :)

Card is a terrific author, and I actually like a lot of the things he's said in real life. That, and he wrote the Insult Swordfighting part of one of my very favorite computer games, "The Secret of Monkey Island."
