Im sure it is good, the problem is that Paypal is owned by Ebay and all my transactions happen with Ebay and I dont see this new company entering that market.

Also, it only works if lots of people sign up.

maybe it won't enter that market but $25 is $25 in my account! And I'm pretty sure a lot of people will sign up if they get the money.
