Reaching a limit

I am about to reach my frustration limit with IGI. I am now under the impression that I am not taking seriously or that I am considered expendable. This really annoys me because I know I could bury this company overnight by reporting its discrepencies

If it keeps up... I'm sure an annoynmous tip reporting all of their discrepencies will keep those guys on their toes! Good luck.

That's true. Trouble is determining if I've kept sufficient documentation of my attempts to not be charged as well. I think I have but if it turns out I haven't I'm in for a world of hurt. :( I appreciate the support. :)
