So last night at about 4 I decided that It was too late to go to sleep and I was just going to stay up because I had to be at work at 7:45. So I saty up I get off at 1:00 and try to go to sleep doesn't work so well, and eventually everyone came over and we hung out and shit, but out of no where I start feeling really sick. So I go to the bathroom

Uh, yeah, when you puke up blood, it means you have to go to the hospital. Any hospital. Even if you don't have insurance.

You don't puke up blood for nothing. It very easily could be a sign of something really, really fucking serious.
