What I love witnessing
What makes me happy: Knowing those who are sincerely opposed to homosexual and trans equal rights will soon die out. Yes, I know there will be some that linger, just as black Americans face such racism... but it has been reduced. Not as much as it should, but it has been reduced regardless. Trans Pride
As a biofemale, who is in love and dating a trans woman, I want to shout from the rooftops: "BEING TRANS IS AMAZING!!!!" because I love my girlfriend.... but after living with her for a while and seeing her struggles, I can't honestly say that I believe that if you are trans in American culture, that it is amazing. The Paternal Hurt
My father died from complications from a heart valve transplant, resulting from his heroin addiction. I read my fathers' obituary, and while I was proud to read what he had accomplished in his life as a musician and chef, what my grandfather wrote at the end hurt me deeply.
