That ol' Getting in Shape resolution

So I didn't actually make any New Years resolutions involving fitness. That's pretty much a constant resolution for me (not that I'm successful at it, I just keep trying). But here's a couple things I was thinking of tackling:

100 Push Ups Training Program - Get myself up to being able to do 100 push ups in 6 weeks. Very low time commitment. Got ( Read more... )

Maybe I'll do the 100 pushups thing! I already did Couch-to-5k and IT WORKS!
