God yes. Go. An all expense paid trip someplace like Florida for a week? How many times does something like that happen to someone?

This is the second actually. Both times have been a work related issue which means I shall sit in FL...sweat my female equivalent of balls off...become a crabby bitch and fly home 600 dollars richer.

i'm probably going to vegas for spring break. turns out my mom is moving there for a job with the EPA (paying like 63k/year wow) so i think i'll visit with the lady around spring break-ish.

Vegas I can't imagine would be my bag. For that matter FL isn't my bag...but I told them I'd go if it wasn't too late. There wasn't really a deadline other than "soon" so I guess I'll see. It would be for a job anyhow...so it's not like it's a vacation or anything...but still a change of scenery.

well it seems like illinois isn't really your bag either. at least in vegas there's $1.99 buffets and cheap booze. all florida has is sticky heat, old people, white trash, and cubans. oh and a disney theme park which is little more than an amalgam of points 1-4 with "its a small world" playing incessently.
