Sweet tooth

Ive been dieting lately with moderate success. Tonight I had a BIG craving for something sweet.... after the girls went to bed I sat on the sofa and ate THREE sugar-free popsicles. They were tasty and not bad for 15 calories a pop but I have now discovered something. To make up for the lack of sugar they must add a load and a half of citric acid. I ( Read more... )

Sounds totally hot. Glenn and I are going back to weight watchers and we discovered all the low points or no points treats. I myself prefer homemade smoothies, he prefers fat free fudgepops.

I keep a bag of those sugar-free jellybeans on hand just for that reason. Better than any diuretic on the market!
