The end of an era
I didn't go to any midnight parties this time around. I actually had preordered my copy of Deathly Hallows in Eugene. Colin and Josh picked there's up yesterday at Wal-Mart while I squirmed because I wanted mine. The night before last I reread six and gave it to Colin to do the same. *sigh* I know you're going to be either disappointed or thrilled. I'll just have to get it over with.
Colin got me. He made me the deal, that if he went and got me coffee, I would have to play WoW with him. The coffee was worth it.

So, Colin and I are just hanging out, munching on some pie and out of the blue, he says to me,
"So, earlier today I was flying to town on a hippogriff..."
I cracked up.
Then I cracked up some more. -
Stick!
Oh! I totally learned how to drive a stick this evening. It was really easy! I got it right off the bat and drove home. I killed it on a hill at a stop light, though. I managed to get it going and such. It was very much fun and I'm proud of myself for learning. ^_^ -
Random happenings
So, I wanted to update about Easter, but I'm only actually getting around to it now, it would seem. I had an (almost) normal, happy Easter this year. Every holiday at my house is chaotic and people yell, and blah...but this Easter was different.
