So I realizes last weekend that it is ok to cry. Somehow, it just made me feel better to just sit there and cry at work. I just don't know what to do. My dad died today in a work accident in Martha's Vineyard. He was spraying insulation in the attic of a new building and some chemicals combusted and there was a fire and he died of black smoke inhalation.
