The boy is not happy at all. He turned 24 today, and on top of a failed attempt on the Eiger due to poor conditions, he's being a serious grumpy bum.
I haven't got him a birthday present yet because he was supposed to be in Switzerland for a week and half but now the pressure is really on to make it good because he seems so in need of cheering up.

In the two and a bit years i've been at Uni I have never read as much as I have read in so short a space of time as I have this week. Ugh. the summer is over. so not happy. actually feel so defeated i'm considering dissertation prep. oh. dear.

Only two days of August left.

But in sheffield so i'll railtraking my way down to see people when they're free. Does anyone want to see WallE?! My sister won't shut up about it.

...and year 2 tallys at a 2:1 *waves of relief*. My lowest mark was 62 and my highest 68. I think that makes me distinctly average but for me its the best result in the world. I can progress to third year safe in the knowledge that i can handle most of what is thrown at me. awesome. time for celebrations. and quick fainting spell...........

An hour to kill after getting chucked out of an art show for not paying results in this. I am also quite scared by how much my taste in books resembles Guy's. Thats what you get for being a geek i suppose...
