LOL, thanks so much! That's very sweet of you. :-)
Um, yeah, my Beckett (and ridiculously twisted/entangled Lester, Buchholz, Ellsbury, Kottaras) fic goes back exactly two years. Here's where it all begins, if you've got about a week or so to kill:
americanleaguer is also a good place to start. Her community tag is here and her personal fic masterlist is here. My favorite of her fic that features Red Sox is Alternate Spellings Accepted, which is Lester-centric and features the best David Wells ever and a very prominent Josh Beckett role.
It's also much easier to check out the community's tags than to make a post and wait for us to give you things-- you might find stuff you like more than anything someone else could rec to you! The tags are arranged in several cross-referenced ways: author, team, pairings, and individual players (as caruso linked above).
I was going to say you'd been remiss in your tagging when I was looking up AL's tag, because some of her fic wasn't there. And then I realized that tricksy minx doesn't post all of them here, so I went and reread Beavers the Size of Moose instead of studying more for my exam. I regret nothing.
Also, I hope I wasn't too much of a condescending bitch to the OP. I have moments.

There's another one I saw with Varitek/Beckett, but kiddam has it locked in her journal. You can ask her about a story called "Feeling Faint"
