I think it's funny when people argue that global warming is just a hoax. Especially when it's October already and this weekend's highs are situated in the 80s. Get a more fuel efficient car. Better yet, get a moped with big fat, all-season tires.

I just had my taxes done this past weekend and low and behold, I owe the United States government $2000 based on the amount of self-employment work I had during 2006! It's always reassuring to know that a significant chunk of my gross income will be given graciously to our National Defense budget as the United States government continues to win ( Read more... )

I've been very bored this fall. The combined effect of cold weather and lapse in motivation has made me discontent. I've been thinking a lot lately about how my life would be differnt if I lived in a warmer climate. I've always enjoyed the mode I operate on during the summertime. Lately I've been something of a sloth. I work, go to class and then come home, park my ass in front of the TV and play video games. I just beat Resident Evil 4 on PS2 and I'm very proud of myself.
