2 industrial waffle irons have turned up here. Looks like they work and weigh about 35lbs each.

Operation Payback

Happy Birthday NES.

Carburetor rebuild was a success. More power, better shifting on hills, idles smoothly, and I can actually see the fuel spraying when the accelerator is depressed. That puts it in road worthy condition.

Next is patching/replacing various vacuum hoses. Then it's on to cosmetic issues.

Hmm, still need to find 2 more good tires.

Carb kit is here, time to start tearing shit apart.

I am now the owner of a full size 1984 Dodge Rapist cargo van.

Van not ready today. So instead I bicycled 20 miles today because the midday train service from Albuquerque to Bernallio does not exist.
