Is there anybody still here that I know?

With my Birthday being Feb 28th, the First of March becomes my own personal new year’s day. And this year we get the buy-four-get-one-free bonus of the 29th, a free floating day which we celebrated with a big feast of a leg of goat. Any excuse for a roast dinner.

Yesterday Deniz was coughing and spluttering like one of the Cortinas I had in my twenties. This morning, when I went to wake her up, her face appeared from under her duvet looking like a vampire from Buffy. Which would have pleased her if she didn't feel so ill.
She didn't go to school.
