i went to the Museum of Arts in Balboa Park today and saw the Andy Warhol exhibit along with some others. It was really cool, i enjoyed the variety of art they offered. Then we went to urban outfitters where i bought two shirts and a wallet thingy and got an application to work there. I really hope i get to maybe work there. I would want lauren to

andy warhol is good, overrated, but good. did they have basquiat there, did you notice?

i agree he is overrated. I like his ideas though.

Andy warhol may seem overrated to our generation, but if you were on an acid trip like everyone else in the 60's he would seem amazing.

most people don't think warhol is that overrated, moreso just popular. and a lot of people weren't on acid trips during the 60's, particularly those who could go get into places showing his pieces...they're too classy.

basquiat was this black pop artist/graffiti type guy. became friends with warhol, dated madonna, etc. presumably the earlier 80s i guess.

I have no more work after Friday. For the whole summer... and I think some of that was directed at me, so I'll have more time, if you still feel like hanging out with me sometime.

Some of it was directed at you, but not all of it. And i did say that i have been busy too.

I'm just sick of reading posts, such as yours that say "Wow, i had so much fun hanging out with everyone." And I never even get a call. I mean, you're going to the fair this weekend, never got an invite for that. Didn't get an invite for people hanging out the other night, or whatever your post was about. I'm just getting tired of the "I have to go pick up Amy" answers.

Well Mere, I don't call up anyone. I just ask whoever is around, or people just come. It's never very formal, and you know you are always invited. So, don't be hurt, and think you aren't included. You know that you are. I'm not a fake person, I wouldn't make up crap to not hang out with you, and I wouldn't say that I miss you, if I didn't actually miss you.

Yes, I am going to the fair. YOU ARE MORE THAN INVITED to come. I told everyone about it at the thing at Rob's on wednesday. You weren't there. Sorry.
