Mmmmm Coookies...

Last night my future husband Warren Brown* (from the Food Network) said that the average American eats 300 cookies per year. Yet another aspect in which I am waaaaaaay above average.

*He's tall, he used to be a lawyer, and then quit so he could bake cakes full time. HELLO ITS MEANT TO BE!

cookies are good but... blueberry frosted poptarts are way better. I didn't have time for lunch today so I toasted one of those and I'm loving life because of it.

Hahahahha poptarts are the breakfast (and in your case lunch!) of champions! I used to love, love LOVE the brown sugar ones... mmmmmmmmm

I just had cookies and coffee for breakfast #2! For some reason I feel like I haven't eaten in years so it's only 10am and already I've had a bowl of cereal, a granola bar, a bagel, two cookies, two cups of coffee, and two glasses of water. EEEEP!

PS: I don't count water as food... but you'd think with all the stuff I've put in my body in the last 4 hours that there shouldn't be any more room!

I wish I had time to partake in the food that you've had. Just know that I'm impressed with your apparent infatuation with breakfast food. It's only been recently that I've gotten into breakfast at all.

By the way, Saturday night I went to go see this band Anathallo. Are you familliar with them? If not, you should be, because I thought about you when I bought an ep of theirs after the show. In the place where the CD was situation there was a C.S Lewis quote from the weight of glory.

"Pizzookie"?

My mom makes these sugar cookies every christmas that are so simple looking, but so incredibly good. I'm pretty sure I ate a dozen by myself on Saturday. I think we'll be sending you and Will some and hopefully they'll still taste good after floating around with the mailmen for a few days. A lot of "good cooks" make these big extravagant looking cookies, but as I learned on Saturday the really cool looking ones often don't taste so good :/ Kind of like people. KIDDING! ....kinda... lol

Well we kind of ate all the cookies she had made before, so we'll be making more sometime this week to send. Nope, I'm not going to tell him! Surprises are much more fun. And there will likely be more than cookies! :D

Ah, food network, great shows. Usually I watch Iron Chef or Good Eats. Especially Good Eats, entertaining and informational. Though, I do want to watch more of those dessert cook-offs that they do. Those look intriguing.

Too bad he doesn't know I exist...

I don't really watch much TV or follow any shows but now that Joni has decided Warren Brown is my future husband whenever I hear he's on I have to go watch! To be a supportive future wife and all ;) lol
