FEMA - The Federal Emergency Management Agency. Formally, FEMA was an independent agency working in cooperation with the government. An agency which had the power to essentially take total control of the entire United States, if needed in times of emergency. That actually sounds kinda scary and extreme and I am glad that never happened. Now

you probably didn't want to hear all of that after your last post. I'm not necesarilly angry with people, and I understand people are dying, but I want to know why other people don't care that they are dying.

But here in Southern California, things are great. Thank you for your post a while back. I kept on trying to respond to it and it sort of turned into this, a long rant that I wanted to put on livejournal.

Eh, I smell what you're stepping in, in regards to that entry. I agree. But the moment I state that I agree, the Republicans come out to flay me alive and the Democrats come out to blame me for something else. Too. Much. Drama. Let's all have a beer. Or a Vicodin.
