FEMA - The Federal Emergency Management Agency. Formally, FEMA was an independent agency working in cooperation with the government. An agency which had the power to essentially take total control of the entire United States, if needed in times of emergency. Went to the Rose Bowl yesterday. It was pretty fun aside from the fact that Michigan lost in the last 2 seconds by 2 points. It was a very good game though. And now I can say I've been to a Rose Bowl. Another wonderful opportunity brought to me by the fact that I live in Southern California.

I went surfing on the day after Christmas. It rocked.

I love southern California.

Hung out at a Tony Award winner's House today. As a matter of fact, 2 of my professors are Tony Award winners. Pretty cool.

Offically, I am a TA, but when it is theatre, with its small classes, often the TA will do a lot of the teaching. Believe it or not, but the University of California has officially paid me to teach undergraduate classes. San Diego. Weeeeeehhhhhhhh.

So tonight is my last night in Charlevoix. Friday night I'll be in Ann Arbor briefly. The Saturday I'm near Kalamazoo for a wedding. Sunday morning I'm starting my drive to San Diego with planned stops at the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. So I find this odd. John and Patsy Ramsey, JonBenet Ramsey's parents, well they now live permanently in Charlevoix. He is now running for State House Representative here in town.
