andrew and i are planning on going when he gets back in july, so ive gotta be able to afford it then too.

How, exactly, does one get in for cheap? Because I've heard of ways, I think...I believe one involved going to my Troy City Hall for discount tickets, for some reason. Unless I'm smoking crack right now.
