Friday, I went to a pub called Big Red with nexus_six, had a few pints, geek talked most of the time. Later, we went to 'Unholy' at Scala. It should be called 'unworthy' b/c it was really dumb, the club was too huge for the crowd, the sound was crappy, crappy metal bands played upstairs. it was a pleasure.

Tried to show you a bit of everything and hope we succeeded. Next time something slightly different will be planned :-)

To round it off did 20miles with J and he was on the bike you borrowed today. Ended up doing some of the same roads and found the place for the June work finally :-) (not on any map! - behind a security gate, secure cycle parking+++ :D) had GPS help today which helped++.

Safe trip to Leipzig :-)

Thanks so much to you & Nathalie for everything, the meal(s), the conversation and securing a bicycle for one of the most enjoyable London excursions I've had in the decade or so hopping in&out of this fine city. I will see if I can rendezvous with you this August. It should be relatively easy. :)

Also if I had noticed this earlier, I could have told you that we are very close to Big Red, so if you could find it you could easily get to our place. :(

I made it to the park and went the wrong way, walked for what seemed for miles, then realized I had to meet a friend in an hour. :( I will see you in Leipzig!
