I'm willing to wager that most people would not nor do not like lime yogurt... not necessarily "key" lime, but standard lime. Usually it exists only in generic or store-brand form

I love lime, with all its lip-wrenching sour goodness. But I like bitter and tart a lot more than sweet.
And now the theme from Arthur, played at so many junior high orchestra concerts in the 80s, is now stuck in my head. Thank you for this "gift." [grabs aspirin]
I'm inconsistent when it comes to tartness. There are some things that are higher on the tart scale that I enjoy, but other things more mild in tartness where it's an issue. I can't figure it out. I don't dislike lime jello, yet I don't like lime Lifesavers as much.
I have a weird attitude about limes. I generally don't care that much for lime jellybeans, LifeSavers, and other lime candies ... and the idea of lime yogurt is just WRONG. On the other hand I do like Key Lime Pie, lemon-lime sodas like Sprite and 7-Up .... and what would a nice gin & tonic be without a nice big wedge of lime in it?
Key lime & the other versions you mentioned are a lot lighter in the pure lime flavor area... & just a mere wedge of lime in the gin & tonic is an accompaniment that doesn't overpower. I grew up on key lime pie (being from FL) & where many people need whipped cream on something like that to cut the tartness, I can have naked key lime pie without issue.
OK... you said yoghurt so here it comes... last night I had an idea while I foraged through Safeway. I sometimes get the Jello chocolate pudding made with Splenda. 60 calories. Fine but that little thimble of pudding is usually not enough. So I thought if I mixed it with plain unsweetened yoghurt it might work like Hamburger Helper. Tried it last night. Not bad. Sure the strength of chocolate flavor is reduced but I have more creaminess to enjoy. Tangy/chocolate not bad.
See, I'm funny about pudding: whereas I like yogurt, I don't care for pudding as a whole. I generally don't like it as a snack, though I mind it less when it's in other things (such as Boston cream pie). But I'd much rather have jello or yogurt.
Lately my snack of choice is to buy a carton of strawberries & a container of Devonshire cream, both found at the West Seattle Thriftway. It ends up being a $9 snack but oh so tasty.
My mom has taken to making Paula Deen's "not your mama's banana pudding" dish. It involves mixing either cream cheese or whipped cream with the pudding & then layering the mixture between Pepperidge Farm Chess Men cookies. It's like a trifle, but much smaller.

That said, I love the Yoplait key lime yogurt and I love their whipped versions, especially the chocolate flavors.
Now Pop/Tarts are too puckery for my taste but every once in a blue moon, gotta give 'em a try. :-)
