I just saw this as I logged onto the computer.
Sad. She'll be missed but what joy she brought us with Maude, the Golden Girls and so many other memorable performances.

I was a bit young to remember Maude... I don't think I saw my first rerun of Maude until even after the Godlen Girls went off the air. I'm sure my parents watched the show, as they were HUGE "All in the Family" fans.

Thanks to the Golden Girls, Rue, Bea, Betty, & Estelle are always a part of my childhood memories. Quite sad that now Bea & Estelle are gone, but the joy they brought lives on.

Very sad news, I saw it on the news channel at the gym this afternoon. She was always so cool. I remember watching Maude in prime time, yeah I'm old...LOL!
