It IS lover-ly isn't it?
Never seen this one before now. Also, it's nice to see a Ferrari in something other than red. I mean the red is nice, and it is THE classic Ferrari color, but I do like this.

I think they only made 500 of these over 2-3 years in the mid-60s. I'm not sure if any of them were originally sold in the States.

I've never been a big fan of flat red, especially in most anything 1980 & newer. With a few exceptions, I think red makes almost any car look cheap. Even with cars such as the classic Alfas, Ferraris, etc, it almost has become cliche.

This is not to say that if someone gifted me, say, a 66 Lamborghini GT in red that I would refuse. But red is so pervasive in vehicles of this calibre that I would prefer just about any other color for its relative uniqueness. I adore the blue-green on the Ferrari pictured here... the only thing that would make it a skosh better is if the interior were white leather instead of tan.
