I was told there are tattoo places on almost every block in Nassau. Nassau was just labeled as the safest county in the nation. Therefore, people with tattoos are nicer and cause less crime.

AH, but see this: Nassau has one of the largest populations of wealthy people in the nation. People with tattoos tend to flock towards motorcycles. Motorcycles generate noise, and wealthy people detest noise. Therefore, everything is NOT peachy-keen and all that stuff.
