I suppose I'll be captain obvious with this one. I saw The Departed with Gu last weekend, and it was unreal. In the good way if that wasn't clear. So do yourself a favor and see it. Seriously.  It also reminded me I haven't seen very many really good movies over the past year, any suggestions of flicks I might have missed?

God. My dad being my dad. Probably my number one complaint in my life. It's real simple. He's a good man, and tries to do right by people. But he's a horrrrrrrible father. He complains about not having respect, when he gives none to me, my mom, or my little brother. When he threatens to move out I just wish he would make good.
