Summary: Ok, so I’d had the idea in my head forever about a Max/Alec Heat fic, because I really couldn’t see any other way of getting them together without making one or the other too OOC. When I finally sat down to write it, this came out. So, yeah, I still want to do hot and smutty Heat fic, but maybe I’ll just make it a companion to this. What this actually turned out to be was something of an exercise for me to try and find Max and Alec’s voices, which replay in my head almost daily. I still think Alec came off a bit OOC, maybe even Max as well. I’ll try and keep that from happening in the next one, and do a bit of fine tuning on it.
