Tonight, I made breadcrumb crusted zucchini with rainbow chard from this recipe. YUM.

Some thoughts of note:
--I used PAM instead of regular olive oil, to hopefully cut down on some fat calories. And I didn't use capers, because I really hate capers.

I just thought of it this morning, but it's so true! Since I stopped eating meat last year, I have not been sick a single time (with the exception of the stomach bug from hell that I caught from Sean).
