I couldn't have made all that without my sous chefs. My sister and a couple of the kids helped chop and stir and pour. It went so smoothly. What kind of apples do you use for baking? After some trial and error last year, i determined that the best is a blend of golden delicious and braeburn, so i haven't really ventured outside of that.

Funny story about the cobbler. When i made up the menu, i was sitting at a diner with my nephew and niece and i decided i didn't want to do pie because it's just so time consuming and difficult (for me) to serve. On the dessert menu was apple cranberry cobbler and i looked at it and said, "I could make that..."

One year i made a pie with grannies (because that's what i always made my apple crisp with) but the pie was just too tart. Maybe i didn't use enough sugar? But now i'm afraid to go back to grannies for anything.

Steve was the really tall guy who sat in the chair against the wall/kitchen. He was to your right a couple spots over.

I'm inclined to say yes because there was no one else there who had funny mouth motions. I rarely notice my boss in any non-boss capacities. Anna also noticed this on her date.

your thanksgiving sounds delicious. as an outsider non-attendee of said party, your friend simon sounds funny. i've had my fair share of "shut the fuck up" to other roommates and guests and usually its cause i'm a jerk rather than burned by some guy.
